The service
What we actually do
Campaigns increasingly run themselves: AI bids, targets and even generates the ads. What doesn't get automated is deciding what is worth testing, checking whether it really works, and knowing what happens to the person who left their details once the click is over. That's where we work, with AI as a tool and more than ten years of media buying behind the decisions.
Strategy and media buying, with AI
We build and run your campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and ChatGPT Ads. AI gives us speed to comb through data and spot patterns; the judgement on where every euro goes, and why, is ours.
Creative, with a method
Every ad starts from a hypothesis. We change one variable at a time, wait for enough data before drawing conclusions and keep iterating on what wins. So you know why an ad works, not just that it did.
CRO: what works and what doesn't on your site
We look at your landing page or website with the data in front of us and tell you what is holding conversion back and what to test first. If you also need us to build it, we quote for that separately.
Measurement beyond the platform
We set your spend against your business's real revenue, not just what Google or Meta credit themselves with. If the platform says one thing and your bank account another, we spot it and tell you.
Lead tracking through to the sale
We follow every lead until it buys or drops out, in your CRM or, if you don't have one, in a shared sheet. With that we steer the campaigns towards the leads that end up buying, not the ones that come cheapest.
Sales process audit
A good campaign with a slow reply loses money. We look at what happens to leads once they arrive (response time, follow-up, closing) and tell you where the sales are slipping away.
We get into everything that affects the return on your investment. If you also need a landing page, video or image ads, or a CRM set up, we quote for that separately.
Our method
The PPC Frame
Before we touch a single campaign we build your frame: the four numbers that decide whether a euro of advertising is well spent in YOUR business, measured through to the sale and not just to the click. Without that frame, optimising is pulling levers in the dark.
01
The number that rules
Which business metric actually decides, not which platform metric. Sometimes it's CPL, sometimes CAC, margin per order or 12-month value. And what a good lead means for you: not the cheapest one, but the one that ends up buying.
02
The ceiling
How much you can pay for a customer and still make money. It comes out of your margins, your repeat rate and your close rate, not an industry benchmark. It's the ceiling every bid answers to.
03
The starting picture
Where your results come from today and what they really cost, with the measurement fixed and set against your revenue. And what happens to every lead after the click: how many get a timely reply and how many close. This is almost always where the first surprise turns up: what the platform claims and what your business invoices don't match.
04
The channels
Which channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn…) and which countries are worth opening, in what order and with how much. Every new channel costs work and money: the ones that won't perform are better left shut.
With the frame in place, every decision after it has something to be measured against. And it doesn't end at the campaign: we follow every lead through to the sale and measure again against your revenue, so the optimisation chases what actually buys. That's what lets us tell you a channel isn't right for you, and show you why.
How we work
What happens from the moment you get in touch
No surprises. If at any point we see this isn't a fit, we say so before it costs you money.
Week 0
Fit call
Half an hour. You tell us what you spend, what you expect and what isn't working. We come out with a yes or a no, not a generic proposal.
Weeks 1-2
Audit and plan
We get into the accounts and your analytics. You get what we found, what we'd change first and what impact we expect.
Month 1
Execution
We rebuild whatever needs rebuilding and start optimising. Big changes get discussed first; day-to-day ones we make and then tell you about.
From then on
A steady rhythm
Weekly optimisation, a monthly strategy meeting and a direct line for anything urgent. With the same person who took your first call.
Our clients stay with us for an average of 3 years.

He understood exactly what we needed without long explanations. His expertise in Google shows in every decision, but what really sets him apart is the communication: he replies fast, explains clearly and makes something this technical accessible. The results speak for themselves.

We brought him in for a technical problem in Google Ads we couldn't solve, and for strategic guidance. The whole team was delighted. What stood out was his flexibility, his commitment and the follow-through all the way to execution.

We run a SaaS and hired Jorge for a paid media campaign audit. He quickly knew what really matters for a successful campaign and what does not, which saved us a lot of time and focus. Straightforward and direct, no fluff, just clear recommendations we could put into practice right away.
Consultancy, agency, freelancer or hiring in-house
We are not always the right answer. These are the four ways to solve this, with the good and the bad of each.
What we do
Consultancy (us)
✓A PPC-only team that runs the day-to-day and decides with you where every euro goes, in whichever channel it belongs.
✕We are not the cheapest, and we don't do everything: SEO and organic social are not part of it.
Makes sense if: You already spend consistently. If you're not there yet, start with an audit.
Agency
✓Structure, scale and enough people to absorb a lot of work at once.
✕They sold you a senior and a junior optimises your account. Yours is one of forty.
Makes sense if: You need a lot of different services under one roof.
Freelancer
✓Direct contact and the lowest price of the four.
✕One person, no safety net. If they get overloaded or disappear, you stop.
Makes sense if: Small spend and a narrow set of needs.
Hiring in-house
✓Full-time focus and knowledge that stays in the building.
✕Salary, hiring time and the risk they leave. A junior takes years to develop judgement.
Makes sense if: High, sustained spend, with enough volume to justify the headcount.
How we charge
A fixed fee per channel, plus a variable that drops as you grow
No flat percentage of your ad spend. We explain the logic before the first call so you don't waste your time if it isn't a fit.
Fixedper channel and country+Variableon spend, decreasing=Your feemonthly
A typical agency charges the same percentage whatever you spend: the more you spend, the more they make. Ours drops in bands, so every extra euro you spend costs you less to manage.
A fixed fee per channel
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads… each channel is its own job: its own structure, creative, measurement and follow-up. Two channels cost more than one because they are two accounts to look after, not one with twice the budget. And each country counts as one more channel: Google in Spain and Google in Portugal are two separate campaigns.
A variable on the spend we manage
A percentage of what we manage, in bands. The difference from a typical agency: that percentage goes down as your spend goes up. The more you grow, the less each additional euro of management costs you.
The actual figure depends on three things: which channels we run, in how many countries and how much you spend. It comes out on the first call, with real numbers, not a rate card that means nothing without knowing your case.
Rather try us first?
We'll audit your campaigns for €1. Three sessions, a document with what we find and an honest recommendation, even if it's that you don't need us.
Behind that "we" there's a small team, small on purpose, and I'm the one running it. Whoever gets into your account stays on it: the person who takes your first call is still there months later.
I've spent over a decade managing ad spend on Google, Meta and LinkedIn for companies that already invest seriously: more than €25 million and around sixty accounts.
When a new channel shows up I do what I did with Performance Max and with ChatGPT Ads: get in early, test it first with my own money, and report what works and what doesn't.
No. An agency runs your account from the outside; we work alongside your team and get into the business decisions. The practical difference: whoever takes your first call is still in the meetings six months later.
If campaigns are getting automated with AI, why do I need you?
Because Google's and Meta's AI optimises what you ask for using the data you give it, and it doesn't know whether that is what your business needs. Someone has to decide which conversion signal it gets, which creative you test, when a campaign has enough data to draw conclusions and whether what the platform reports looks like what you actually sell. And, after the click, what happens to every lead. That is strategy, judgement and follow-up, and it is what we do, with AI as a tool.
How do you know whether what Meta or Google says is true?
We don't rely only on the platform's attribution: it is its own version of how much it contributed. We set your spend against your real revenue and follow every lead through to the sale, in your CRM or in a shared sheet if you don't have one. When the two sets of numbers don't match, we spot it and tell you: sometimes the platform credits itself with sales that would have come anyway, and sometimes it misses ones it did bring in.
What happens to the leads once they arrive?
We follow them until they turn into a sale or are lost, in the client's CRM or in a shared sheet if there is no CRM. That information goes back into the campaigns so they optimise towards the leads that end up buying and not the ones that are cheapest to get. We also look at the sales process (response time, follow-up, closing), because a good campaign with a slow reply loses money.
What does it cost?
It depends on how much you spend and how many channels. We go through it on the first call with real numbers, not a rate card that means nothing without knowing your case.
What level of spend makes this worth it?
From around €2,500 a month in ad spend, ongoing management starts to make sense. Below that, the sensible thing is for you to run it: we can help with a one-off consultation, or through the YouTube channel, where we explain how to do it.
Do you also do landing pages, ad creative or CRM?
Creative, yes, with a method: we plan what to test, iterate on it and read why each ad wins. On the landing page we do CRO: we tell you what works and what doesn't on your site. And on the CRM we look after the tracking of your leads: in the one you already have or, if you don't have one, in a shared sheet. If you also need a landing page, video or image ads, or a CRM set up, we quote for that separately.
Do you work with our team or on your own?
With your team. Usually there's someone in marketing on your side and we are the paid media part. If you have nobody, it still works, but it works less well: the best accounts are the ones with someone from the business on the other end.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and without the mysticism: we use it to comb through data, spot patterns in search terms and get through analysis that would take days by hand. What it doesn't do is decide. The decisions come from years of running accounts and from knowing your business. Be wary of anyone selling you the opposite. Where we genuinely are early is new channels: we tested ChatGPT Ads from the day it opened in Spain, with our own money, on a campaign for our own site.
What happens if we leave?
The accounts are yours from day one and they stay exactly as they are. We don't work inside accounts we own and we don't hold on to access, which is a more common practice than it should be.
Switching agencies is a hassle...
Not seeing results is a lot worse.
Leave us your details and we'll get in touch to set up a call, no strings attached.
Ongoing management isn't right for you yet
At that level of monthly spend it doesn't pay for you to have us run your campaigns month to month: you'd be putting into fees what should be going into ads. We'd be costing you money, and we'd rather tell you than charge you for it.
That doesn't mean we can't help. There are two routes:
Recommended
One-off consultation
A working session on your account: strategy, a look at your competitors and the concrete steps you should take, in order. You leave with a plan you can run yourself or with whoever you like.
