These Terms govern access to and use of georgegrowth.com and, where applicable, the contractual relationship for services offered by George Growth.

2) Acceptance of these terms

Accessing and browsing the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

3) Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about our performance marketing consultancy services (B2B) and allows you to request contact, proposals or meetings. No online payments are currently taken on the Site. Any engagement that goes ahead will be governed by the specific terms agreed in writing (proposal, order form or a dedicated contract).

4) Rules of use

You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, in good faith and under these Terms, refraining from unlawful uses (for example code injection, mass scraping, sending spam, infringing third-party rights, and so on). We may restrict access in the event of abusive use.

5) Registration and engagement

If the Site enables registered areas, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials safe. Engaging online or booking meetings may require acceptance of specific terms (price, scope, timescales, cancellations, and so on).

• Cancelling or rescheduling meetings: rescheduling is free of charge with 24 hours notice (otherwise, a new slot may not be available in the same week).
• Online payments: online payments are not currently offered on the Site.

6) Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (text, logos, trade marks, graphics, design, code and so on) belongs to George Growth or to third-party licensors. Copying, distributing or exploiting it without express authorisation is prohibited. Third-party trade marks are shown for identification purposes only.

7) External links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their policies. You access them at your own risk.

8) Exclusion of warranties and liability

The Site is provided "as is". Although we apply reasonable measures, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors or vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for (i) unavailability of the Site, (ii) damage arising from improper use, and (iii) business decisions taken on the basis of informational content on the Site without professional advice.

9) Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10) Confidentiality

Any information exchanged during a proposal or the provision of services will be treated as confidential in accordance with what has been agreed contractually.

11) Right of withdrawal

This does not currently apply, because the Site does not sell products or services to consumers (B2C). If sales to consumers are enabled in the future, the corresponding legal information will be added (the 14-day period and the applicable exceptions).

12) Changes

We may amend these Terms when necessary. The version in force is the one published on the Site, with its date.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Save where a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
